Customer has 45 days from shipping date to return defective or unwanted purchases. The customer agrees to pay all shipping costs and returns MUST arrive back at the source studio in the original packaging and intact. Any returns that are received at the studio broken due to obvious faulty packing by the customer will not be considered for refund.

All refunds made to the credit company of original sale. No returns without prior permission from Yvonne Lynch of Lyncharm Pottery either by phone, fax or email.
