1 - SEARCH
Use ONE of the following methods to browse our online catalog. In the area on the right of all the catalog pages:
- Select a category by using the pull down menu for Category.
- Select a product by using the pull down menu for Product.
- Type in the word for an item that you want to find in the search by keyword (e.g. type in the word "mug" or "bowl". Do not use quote marks)
- Type in a product Item Number. This search is useful if you have previously ordered and already know the item number.
2 - SELECT
When you have completed your search, you will see a list of items.
- Click on any item on the list to see the full description, photos and price of the item.
- Click the browser BACK button to go back to your list, or search again for a different item.
3 - ORDER
To order items
- Select the color and design
- Type in the quantity of the item you wish to order
- Click the BUY button
- The shopping cart will display the totals for that item
4 - SHOPPING CART
- You can view the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the link on the right column.
- Click on the UPDATE button to remove items from the cart or change quantities.
- To shop for more items, go back and SEARCH again.
- When you are finished selecting all the items you wish to buy, click the CHECKOUT button to add your contact information
5 - PAYMENTS
- All prices are in Canadian dollars.
- Payments are made by credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
- Upon completing your order – Lyncharm will contact you for payment of the order
